River pebble is a silicate mineral with hard texture, wear resistance and stable chemical properties. Natural river pebble ore is produced into river pebble sand after a series of processing such as crushing, sand making and screening. River pebble sand is an important industrial mineral raw material. It is widely used in the engineering field of water conservancy and hydropower, high-grade highways, expressways, high-speed railways, passenger dedicated lines, bridges, airport runways, municipal engineering, and high-rise buildings. The sand made of river pebble is also widely used as an aggregate for concrete. River pebble resources are abundant, the collection cost is relatively low, and the application value is high.

The first stage

Large river pebbles are fed evenly by the vibrating feeder through the silo and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After coarse crushing, the river pebbles are screened by the vibrating screen and transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.

The second stage

After medium and fine crushing, the river pebbles transported to the impact crusher/cone crusher are screened by the circular vibrating screen, and the larger river pebbles are returned to the impact crusher/cone crusher for further crushing.

The third stage

The crushed river pebbles are sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean river pebbles are needed, they can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
